Introduction: Shear Illusions Hair Salon LLC celebrates 7
years of service to its Patrons on September 1st, 2010. We proudly
work hard to provide the best products and service to our clients.
We have many different services at Shear Illusions Hair Salon LLC.
We have won many designer awards for
haircutting, hair coloring and highlighting services for both men
and women. We have a certified Epilation Specialist for hair removal
and also offer a wonderful relaxation facial which includes a foot
and hand massage. Shear Illusions Hair Salon is the place for all
your hair and skin care needs.
Hair Cuts: Shear Illusions Clients are both male and female;
and also includes children. We specialize in clipper cuts, military
hair cuts, faux hawks, mo-hawks, fades, stacked bobs, long layered
bobs, layered hair cuts, inverted haircuts, and asymmetrical
haircuts just to name a few. Haircutting is our expertise. So a good
client looking to try our services would be someone looking for a
great looking haircut. If you haven't gotten a compliment lately on
your hair cut you need to be coming to see us.
Foil Highlights: We specialize in foil highlights at Shear
Illusions. Michael or Wendy sometimes put as many as 4 hair colors
in their foil highlights.
Someone looking for multidimensional highlights with one or more
colors would love our expertise at Shear Illusions. Michael’s
favorite color combination for his highlights is many shades of
blonde and red. He or Wendy also do a beautiful highlight using
purple and gold, LSU colors! We offer student discounts with a valid
student ID.
The LSU highlight looks great on long hair. He also does a highlight
on long hair with a deep plum violet color underneath and with a
heavy highlighted blonde on top this highlighting technique has a
stunting effect. This look is great for someone looking to make a
fashion statement!
Hair Color: We do specialize in hair color at Shear
Illusions. We use Redkin Fusion Color, Redkin Shades Eq, and
Redkin Camo Color. We are Certified Color Specialists. We also
use Italy Hair color. A Client looking for a single process Color to
cover Grey or just enhance their own natural color would love our
coloring services at Shear Illusions!
Redkin Camo Color blends the gray but doesn't completely cover it.
This is great for someone who has never colored their hair and
doesn't want it obvious that they’ve colored their hair. Redkin
Fifth Ave NYC Products are also used at Shear Illusions.
We also do corrective color, i.e. someone who has been coloring
there own hair at home and it looks brassy or un-natural and they
would like a professional salon color would love our services.
Facial and Body Waxing: A client looking for an eye brow arch
can get a great waxing service at Shear Illusions Hair Salon.
We do various waxing services including back, lip ,chin and
eyebrows, just to mention a few areas on the body that we wax. No
Brazilian waxing service offered at this time.
Relaxers: We Relax Hair at Shear Illusions. A client looking
to get a Relaxer or Permanent Straighter performed in their hair
would find this service at Shear Illusions Hair Salon.
We use Rusk Radical Anti-Curl 1,2 and 3.The Rusk Anti-Curl Great for
Course, Curly or Unruly Hair.
Pedicure: A client looking to have a pedicure done, which
comes with a relaxing foot massage, would find this service a
pleasant experience at Shear Illusions. You may also get a Hot Stone
Pedicure done at Shear Illusions.
Nioxin Scalp Renew: This is a new treatment for the scalp
from Nioxin that is great for thinning hair that promotes hair
re-growth.
